WPS RESPONSE AND GUIDANCE FOR CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS

At Westferry, we’re focused on the health and safety of our people, clients and communities as we do everything we can to support New Zealand’s collective efforts to keep us free from COVID-19.
We’re committed to providing best practice cleaning services to ensure our clients remain confident they’re doing all they can to provide clean premises and a safe physical environment for their people as they return back to the workplace at level 1.
As a Support Service to Essential Services, we provided cleaning services to our clients through the lockdown period. Strong communications with our clients meant as we moved from Level 4 to 1, we were able to advise and plan to support their cleaning needs, balancing the safety of our people as we worked and the timeframes of our clients as their businesses resumed operation from their premises.

In addition to the wipe down of surfaces completed regularly by our cleaners, we recommend that cleaning product is used on a Self-Serve basis on and around workstations (and any other surfaces) as and when needed – especially where people are sharing workspaces and equipment. We have additional stores of product, including 50ml spray bottles, available to help protect both our people and our clients.
